Cancellation Policy 
At Studio HARE a credit card is required to book. By submitting your card info you are agreeing to the policies below! ❤️ Your appointments are very important to me and it is reserved especially for you! I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, i respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. 
 STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! 
Please understand that this is my livelihood and when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Studio HARE appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. 
 - Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 
 - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.   
 - An appointment made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amounts 
 The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, thus better serving everyone. 
 CONFIRMATION TEXTS 
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 72 hours prior your appointment and a reminder text 24 hours prior to your appointment date. At Studio HARE, I understand “life” happens and will do my best to accommodate certain situations. Cancellations are kept on record to avoid abuse of this policy. If you are running late, please call or text. Understand that I have a time reserved just for you, so if you arrive 15 min or more late, I may not be able to perform the scheduled service and the cancellation fee applies. I take great pride In what I do and A happy client is my number one priority! However due to the chemical nature of the processes, sometimes things do not go as expected and/or there’s a miscommunication of desired results. If after 1 week a client requires adjustments to their hair I will communicate the best course of action. While adjustments can be made, NO REFUNDS will be issued. While agreeing to the service the client agrees to pay in full at completion of appointment.
